About Jackie
The desire to open a Thai Food Restaurant has been a goal for Saisawat “Jackie” Clarke all her life. Her family in Thailand had a thriving curry paste business for over 50 years. As young child, she learned her family’s Thai recipes and incorporated them into her business, Jackie’s Thai Curry.

Jackie has strong ties to the Thai community in Los Angeles. When she arrived to California, she and her mother would make Thai food to sell on the weekends at the local Thai Temple in North Hollywood. During this time, she realized the importance of serving and being part of the community.

Jackie’s Thai Curry reflects her passion for cooking, fun, eating and living well. It is fresh, it is healthy, and it is very delicious!
